Shipping charges
Our national and international postage fees are in accordance with current rates & conditions of Deutsche Post/DHL plus 0.20 EUR for environmentally friendly shipping with GoGreen. The shipping costs are based on weight and seize of packages and will be shown during the ordering process.

For dispatch of letters, packages and packets we strictly rely on the services and products of GO-Green of the German post office /DHL in order to minimize our carbon footprints. After winning the German Packaging Prize, Pluspäckchen GoGreen has now also won the globally-acknowledged World Star Award from the World Packaging Organisation (WPO).The carbon emissions generated by customers GoGreen products and services will be neutralized by the Group by means of certified climate protection projects. The internal projects include measures such as the purchase of additional vehicles with alternative propulsion units and the solar installation at the new DHL hub in Leipzig. The Groups external projects include a bio-methane gas plant in Germany, support of a hydroelectric power plant in Brazil, the reforestation of illegally exploited rain forests in Latin America or solar energy projects in Sri Lanka and India.
